Today I was getting a little service done on my wife's car, it was oing to take an hour or so, so I decided to take a walk. While walking, I came across the Mitsubishi dealer who also happened to be the former Fisker and Coda dealer.

There wereplenty o Mitsu's and a couple of orphaned Codas and a Fisker. They were asking $16k for the Coda, not bad for an electric car, I guess, but good luck finding any support for that. The unsold, white Fisker was for all intents and purposes brand new. I'm not usually a fan of white cars, but it was stunning on this one. The car had been marked down to a mere $78K with the sticker tag loudly displaying "Sold As-Is, no warranty" Which, if you are the business, is understandable. However, unless you happen to have Jay Leno kind of money laying around, you just know that that car is going to rot in place

It made me kind of sad thinking about that. That car design was so beautiful that is deserved a better fate than to disappear into the obscurity of all the other new car makers.

If anyone is listening from Tesla, make a Fisker body kit available. Your car is striking as is, but the Fisker is equally appealing, even with it's weird moustachio-grill. There's just something about those wheel arches I just love.

Anyway, to the guy from the auto group that decided which brands to carry at that location. I think you may have had god intentions, but as we've seen, it takes more than that to be a success in the automotive arena.

This person is forever barred from deciding on lottery numbers and vacation destinations.

I still want to see a company buy up old Fiskers dirt cheap, sell off the electric equipment for some other purpose and put in a cheaper supercharged V8 and sell it.
